KFS Therapeutic Services Division provides community based therapeutic services for at risk adolescents with behavioral health and the adult autism population. Our team of support staff, social workers, licensed therapists, and psychologists partner with existing providers to develop programs or extend the reach of their current program.

KFS is a private agency dedicated to providing
behavioral and mental health services under the New Jersey Partnership for
Children. KFS can provide services in all counties throughout New Jersey.
Pennsylvania Adult Autisms Waiver
We currently provide the following services through the Adult Autism Waiver in Pennsylvania.
Community Inclusion - Our Providers focus on assisting participants in acquiring, retaining, and improving communication, socialization, self-direction, self-help and adaptive skills necessary to reside in the community.
Family Training - Our Trainers help participant's families with communication skills, stress reduction, self-direction, daily living skills, socialization, and environmental adaptation.
Job Assessment - The assessment will include a review of the participant's work history, interests, and skills along with recommendations for employment. Jobs will be identified in the communities that match the participant's skills and interests. Also, situational assessments will be conducted to assess the participant's interest and aptitude in a particular job type.
Job Finding - The participant will receive assistance in identifying and securing a job that fits the participant's preferences and employer's needs, based on data obtained during the situational assessments.
Respite - These services are provided either in or out of the individual's home and facilitate social interaction, use of natural supports and typical community services available to all people, and participation in volunteer activities.
Supported Employment - Our Employment Specialists will provide on-going assistance in developing the communication, socialization, self-direction, self-help, and adaptive skills necessary to maintain employment in a community setting.
Temporary Crisis Services - Crisis Providers will support families and the existing services of Community Inclusion, Residential, Day Habilitation, and Family Living Home in stabilizing and implementing the Behavior Support Plan.
